Description:
With support from the CHPP team, you will play an essential role in our daily operations, championing our core values of integrity, accountability, innovation, delivery, and safety.
Primary Duties:
- Operate mobile equipment Safely and with due care and attention in line with Sedgman operational procedures and Line Manager instructions to achieve daily CHPP performance targets
- Maintain cleanliness by clearing spillages and washing down areas to uphold housekeeping standards.
- Drive CHPP operation improvements, optimising plant performance and uptime.
- Carry out or assist with breakdown maintenance as authorised, required and directed
- Review OEM operator manuals and be familiar with OEM procedures
- Inspect operational equipment to ensure early defect detection and rectification
Who are you?
- Nationally recognised qualification in at least one of the following:
Stockpile Dozer, Front End Loaders, Excavator, Articulated Haul Truck, Bucketwheel reclaimer - Skilled to operate a variety of the above machinery.
- Prior work experience in mining, civil, or an industrial environment is essential.
- Live in the Bowen Basin or nearby region.
- Known for being a positive and safety-conscious team player.
