Description:

The Finance Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the finance and accounting department
  • Preparation of statutory accounts
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals
  • Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Treasury & Tax duties
  • Monitor the financial performance of the company and propose improvements

Requirements:

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Professional certification such as CA or CPA (or relevant qualification)
  • Ideally have an audit background within a mid-tier or big-4 firm
  • Proficient knowledge of financial planning and strategy
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
