Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Participating in two one-year rotations across various roles and projects.
- Engaging in structured, on-the-job training and guided learning plans.
- Collaborating with teams across CIMIC Group companies like CPB Contractors, Leighton Asia, Sedgman, UGL, or EIC Activities.
- Building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Innovating and proposing creative solutions.

Candidates should possess the following:
- Ability to learn new skills and adapt flexibly.
- Capability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Outcome-driven and self-motivated approach.
- Proactive and collaborative communication skills.
- Willingness to relocate as required by program rotations.
- Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.
- Graduating in 2025 in Mechanical Engineering.
