CIMIC Group offers a graduate program with global exposure in construction, mining, and public-private partnerships.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participating in a two-year program with two one-year rotations across various roles and projects.
  • Working at CIMIC Group companies such as CPB Contractors, Leighton Asia, Sedgman, UGL, or EIC Activities.
  • Engaging in structured, on-the-job training, guided learning plans, and leadership mentoring.
  • Collaborating with Pacific Partnerships in infrastructure development, focusing on transport, social, and energy sectors.

  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Outcome-driven and self-motivated to deliver high-quality results.
  • Proactive and collaborative communication skills.

  • Willingness to relocate for program rotations.

  • Open to Australian citizens, permanent residents, and New Zealand citizens.
  • Students or recent graduates in Civil Engineering (Bid Development) or Finance or Commerce (Project Finance).
