FindStaff are seeking an Experienced Production Supervisor located in Taren Point for a Full Time Position .
Hours and Rate:
7.30am-4pm$35.00 - 40.00ph Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage manning for all machinery across the day shift operation
- Supervising and coordinating the work of production teams to meet targets and deadlines
- Monitoring production processes and identifying areas for improvement
- Implementing quality control measures to ensure consistent product quality
- Providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to production team members
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to production activities
- Ensuring all WHS policies and procedure are met
About you:
- 2 years of experience in manufacturing or production environment
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and manufacturing principles
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills
- Great communication and leadership skills
- Full working rights
- Own transport required
