About the opportunity:
The Senior Risk and Compliance Officer works collaboratively and consultatively with employees across Super SA to promote and embed risk and compliance awareness and continuous improvement practices.
You will be responsible for overseeing the incident management process, identifying root causes, and ensuring corrective actions are implemented to minimise the risk of recurrence. In addition, you will undertake investigations on complex complaints, potential fraud, verification issues and respond to internal enquiries from staff across Super SA.
About you
To be successful, you must address the selection criteria below in a cover letter:
- Ability to think strategically, take initiative and provide sound advice based on an analysis of risk and business needs
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrated ability to provide sound advice and prepare written reports and briefings
- Proven experience in researching, planning and undertaking risk management activities and risk assurance reviews
- Proven experience in drafting concise, relevant and timely reports that generate appropriate assurance/audit judgements and recommendations on potential improvement opportunities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and respond quickly to emerging priorities

Remuneration
ASO5 – $85,790 min - $95,413 max per annum, plus superannuation
