About the Role:
The Information Technology Trainee is accountable to the Information & Learning Technologies Manager for the operational effectiveness of Aldinga Payinthi College's computer related information systems supporting the administrative and curriculum needs of the college, and for providing support of hardware and software.
Special Conditions:
The trainee will be required to complete a Certificate III in Information Technology qualification.
- A probationary period will apply to this position.
- The successful applicant is required to undertake Responding to Risk of Harm, Abuse and Neglect Training (RRHAN-EC) Masterclass course.
- The successful applicant is required to gain a Department of Human Services (DHS) Working With Children Check (WWCC) prior to confirmation of appointment and renewed every five years before expiry.
- 37.5 hours per week. Generally, this involves starting at 8:00am and finishing at 4.00pm. Some out of hours work may be required.

Remuneration:
$15,337 - $39,647 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (11.5%) and leave loading
Note: The salary level will be dependent on the year of schooling completed as well as number of years out of school.
