Queensland Academy for Science, Mathematics, and Technology (QASMT) is seeking a dedicated Senior Mathematics Teacher to lead high-quality teaching and learning in alignment with the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, deliver, and assess engaging mathematics programs aligned with curriculum requirements.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant syllabus content and educational trends.

Foster a supportive learning environment with effective student engagement and behaviour management strategies.

Contribute to curriculum development, school planning, and professional collaboration.

Provide timely and effective student assessment, feedback, and reporting.

Engage with parents, the school community, and professional networks to support student success.

Participate in school decision-making and professional development activities.
This role reports to the Principal and requires a commitment to educational excellence and student wellbeing.
