As a Digital Education Officer you will design, develop, and manage interactive learning materials and training resources for the Office of Rural and Remote's Digital Education and Training Program. This exciting role is a fixed-term temporary opportunity located in Cairns with flexible part time hours. The Office of Rural and Remote Health provides a strong voice in the development of Statewide policy, strategy and planning, and to foster stronger and more resilient health care in Queensland's rural and remote communities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Working with program areas to develop and manage online web content relevant to the Office of Rural and Remote Health.
- Designing, developing and implementing online education and training.
- Providing eLearning development guidance to stakeholders or partners when required.
- Editing and publishing online education and content in line with Queensland Health's policy
requirements and standards. - Leading quality assurance and governance processes in relation to eLearning development
and publishing.
About you
We are searching for someone who demonstrates:
- High-level interpersonal skills including consultation, negotiation, and customer relations, and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders and customers.
- Eperience in the design and development of eLearning resources across mediums including learning management systems, mobile technology, intranet, and internet sites.
- Experience in organising and developing online information using content management systems, web development tools and related software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple competing tasks, maintaining a customer focus, and working autonomously or as a member of a team.
