D’Vine Gymsports is currently seeking Experienced Advanced Silver - WAG ALP CoOrdinator

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Silver Coach - WAG ALP Coordinator, who is passionate to lead and coordinate our growing Women's Artistic Gymnastics Program. This full-time position is ideal for a motivated leader with a minimum 5 years leadership and coaching experience related to gymnastics who can drive growth, mentor coaching staff and development gymnasts at all levels. You will also align with our gyms core values.

Located in Smeaton Grange, Narellan (South West Sydney), D'Vine Gymsports is a specialist gymnastics club offering high-quality Women's Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) and Aerobic Gymnastics (AER) programs. Our programs cater to athletes from recreational levels through to international competitors. Our programs have supported our aerobic athletes to compete on the international stage, providing a structured pathway for gymnasts to achieve their full potential in both Gymsports. We pride ourselves in fostering a positive, supportive environment for our athletes, coaches and wider gymnastics community.

Key Responsibilities

Our Wag Senior ALP Coordinator will be responsible for the development and coordination of our WAG Program, which includes:

  • develop, implement and evaluate all WAG training programs, to create clear goals for all gymnasts and coaches to consistently achieve and reach their highest potential;
  • provide guidance, instruction and feedback to all WAG gymnasts to ensure consistent progression and excellent competition results;
  • mentor all WAG coached to consistently improve their gymnastics coaching skills;
  • provide and maintain a gym that is safe, positive and fun for all gymnasts and coaches;and
  • attend all relevant competitions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • WAG Advanced Silver Coaching Accreditation;
  • experience working with levels 5-10;
  • current Gymnastics Australia technical membership
  • current First Aid and CPR certified
  • working with children's check - WWCC

Essential Requirements

  • First Aid Certificate
  • Current Provide/Perform CPR
  • Advanced / Advanced Silver Gymnastics Coach Accreditation
  • Working with Children / Working with Vulnerable People Check
