Senior Manager, Election Programs
• Full-Time, Fixed Term (until April 2027)
• VPS Grade 6.2 ($157,356 - $180,115 plus superannuation)

What you will be doing
Reporting directly to the Head of Program Delivery, this role will be responsible for:
• Leading the VEC's election governance strategy to a state of excellence for both Parliamentary and Local Government elections
• Creating, maintaining and improving election program governance frameworks, policies and processes.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to strategically inform decisions surrounding election delivery models
• High level knowledge of election forecasting, including risks and trends relevant to election programs
