Join our team as a Rural Generalist Physiotherapist, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering a comprehensive and integrated range of health services tailored to the needs of the Limestone Coast community.
As part of our multi-professional team, you'll collaborate with health professionals and service providers from various sectors, utilising preventive, early intervention, treatment, and evaluation approaches. At the AHP1 or AHP2 level you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the clinical supervision of less experienced allied health professionals, assistants, and students, fostering a supportive learning environment. You'll focus on improving health outcomes and quality of life, following clinical guidelines and rehabilitation frameworks. The Physiotherapy department supports its staff with regular clinical supervision, fortnightly in-services and mentoring from our skilled and experienced Clinical Senior Physiotherapists.
This position is multi-classed as AHP1 or AHP2 and classification will be determined by knowledge and experience.
Country Health Connect focuses on the delivery of exceptional care to those living within our communities who require some support to remain living independently or reside in one of our residential aged care facilities.
Our professional and caring staff deliver health care and wellbeing support across regional South Australia in hospitals, local health services, community centres, residential aged care facilities and clients’ own homes.
Eligibility
Must hold a recognised qualification within Physiotherapy and be eligible for Registration and practicing membership. All requirements to obtain and maintain current registration must be fulfilled with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
