Description:

As a high achieving Executive Assistant, you will be key in managing communications, streamlining administrative processes, and overseeing important projects. You’ll be the central point of contact for inquiries, helping to maximize the Dean of Academics' productivity while maintaining efficient operations across the school. This is a temporary assignment with the potential to go permanent!

About the role:

  • Manage inquiries to the Principal’s office, drafting correspondence and briefing notes.
  • Keep the Principal informed of key developments and stakeholder feedback.
  • Anticipate and prioritize the Principal’s needs on a daily and termly basis.
  • Manage the Principal’s calendar, prepare presentations, reports and materials for meetings.
  • Proactive stakeholder engagement with parents, students and SLT.
  • Coordinate events, travel arrangements, have project oversight and streamline systems.


About you:

  • Proven experience in managing multiple priorities and projects.
  • You are a strong communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, diplomacy and tact.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced and energetic professional environment.
  • You take pride in your excellent writing, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • You are available ASAP to commence.
