Imagine Childcare and Preschool in Nowra is a 88 place , purpose-built childcare centre and preschool dedicated to providing a nurturing and educational environment for children.We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Diploma and Certificate III Educators to join our passionate team and contribute to the growth and development of the children in our care.
About Your New Role
- Assisting in leading a classroom and actively engaging with educators, families, children, and the wider community to implement the educational program and experiences tailored to meet the individual needs of the children.
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Ensuring compliance with Government Regulations and center policies and procedures to maintain high-quality standards.
- Establishing and nurturing relationships and partnerships with children and their families.
- Contributing to the documentation of children's skills and interests through a reflective practice cycle.
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an equivalent qualification approved by ACECQA.
- Experience in an early childhood setting
- Current WWCC, approved first aid, anaphylaxis, and asthma qualifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF).
