After a Recent Refurbishment And Opening, We Are Hiring Casual Guest Service Agents To Join The Front Office Team. Our GSAs Are The First Friendly Face Everyone Is Greeted By At Hotel TOTTO, Wollongong. You’ll Be The Ultimate Guest Service Agent, Brand Ambassador And Be The Go-to For Our Guests, Handling Admin And Providing Real Local Advice. If You’re Energetic, Empowered, Optimistic And Come With a Can-do Attitude You’ll Be a Great Fit. What Will Your Day Look Like? Here Are a Few Examples

• Manage arrivals and departures of everyone visiting our hotel
• Provide exceptional guest service by responding to guest requests efficiently and courteously
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and accuracy with all accounting functions
• Communicate with housekeeping, reservations and maintenance departments to ensure all guest requests and needs are met
• Actively resolve guest issues and challenges presented on shift
• Managing reservation administration
• Assist Food and Beverage - taking orders, serving food, making coffee
  
  

Pay Rates - As Per Hospitality Industry General Award

• Monday to Friday - $31.09 per hour
• Saturday - $37.31 per hour
• Sunday - $43.52 per hour
  • Evening Loading after 7pm
    

Skills & Experience

• Must be available for shift work, 7am-3pm and or 3pm-11pm including weekends and any shorter shifts in between these hours.
• Impeccable grooming and presentation
• Excellent organisation, time management and multitasking
• Comfortable with problem solving and resolution
• Experience in similar role is preferred
