What You'll Do
📞 Handle inbound calls from customers needing plumbing, electrical, and air conditioning services.
📅 Book service appointments (no scheduling, just securing bookings).
📢 Make outbound calls to our existing customers and active members to offer services, follow up, and rebook appointments.
🎯 Educate customers on our services and ensure they receive the best possible experience.
💬 Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism, efficiency, and warmth.
What We’re Looking For
✨ A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for helping people.
📞 Experience in customer service & outbound calling (call center, sales, or admin experience preferred).
🖥️ Strong computer & communication skills.
