Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Hours: 7:30 am – 3:30 pm
About The Role
We’re seeking a reliable, enthusiastic individual to join our Moruya team as a Casual Sales Assistant / Data Entry Clerk. Your key responsibilities will include answering phones, accurately keying customer orders, placing basic purchase orders, and performing general administrative duties.
This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming phone calls and handling customer inquiries.
- Accurately entering sales orders into our system.
- Placing basic purchase orders with suppliers.
- General administrative tasks, including filing, emails, and data management.
- Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles (preferred but not essential).
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Proficiency with computer systems and software (experience with Harmoniq software highly regarded, but not essential).
All necessary training and support will be provided.
