About The Role

We are seeking a new staff member to join our team at SCARBOROUGH MINESHOP PTY LTD in Helensburgh, NSW. This is a casual position, Monday - Friday offering flexibility and the opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment. As a Leather Worker, you will play a crucial role in the production and assembly of high-quality leather products for the mining industry.

What You'll Be Doing

• Cutting, shaping, and assembling leather materials to create a variety of leather products
• Utilising specialised equipment and techniques to ensure consistent quality and precision
• Collaborating with the production team to meet deadlines and maintain efficient workflows
• Identifying and resolving any issues or defects in the manufacturing process
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area to support a safe and productive work environment
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Leather Worker or similar role in the manufacturing sector is not essential. Onsite training will be provided
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision and accuracy
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• A team-oriented approach and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
