We're seeking an experienced Mid-Senior Creative to join our Mornington studio. This is a contract, hybrid role for a versatile creative with a strong background in working with lifestyle, beauty, interiors and beyond. We’re looking for a hands-on creative thinker who thrives from ideation to execution, and who’s equally comfortable collaborating with a tight-knit, values-driven team.
What we’re looking for:
- Lead end-to-end creative across monthly client retainers.
- Design premium assets for both print and digital that align with strategy.
- Protect the integrity of a brand through every touchpoint.
- Collaborate with our team of strategists and creatives to shape campaign concepts and direction.
- Contribute to digital marketing coordination (think emails, landing pages, social assets).
- A strong portfolio demonstrating work across print, digital, and motion.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of design experience, agency or in-house, with a portfolio that shows breadth and brilliance.
- Tertiary level design qualification .
- A background in lifestyle, beauty, interiors, or retail brands (extra points if you've nailed all four).
- Sharp concept development skills and the design integrity to back them up.
- A strategic mindset, you don’t just design, you ask why.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Animation? A big bonus.
- Organised, self-led, and unflappable under deadlines.
- A natural collaborator who knows how to take the lead and take feedback.
- Comfort with digital tools like Klaviyo and social scheduling platforms.
