Description:
We have a requirement for a qualified greenkeeper with proven experience working on large, detailed gardens. The role is to carry out garden & lawn maintenance of all areas of the property. Located in Bathumi on 20 picturesque acres.
Full time role, flexible with start time, competitive salary, no weekends required.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate their experience and ability in having performed the following:
- Laying turf
- Installation and maintenance of irrigation systems
- Plant and tree care and knowledge
- Lawn & garden knowledge
- Machinery maintenance
- Pond and pool maintenance
- Landscape construction
- Paving installation
The qualified candidate will also need to possess the appropriate tickets for operating the following machinery:
- Skid steer
- Excavator
- Tractors
- Chainsaws
Role requirements
· Certificate in horticulture or a sound knowledge of plants and horticultural practices.
· Victorian Drivers licence
· Current police check or willing to undertake one
· Ability to work autonomously
· Flexible and adaptable manner
The position is full time, and the excellent salary will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $33.65 – $38.46 per hour
