Key Responsibilities:
- Define optimal product assortment, inventory levels, and service standards to satisfy customer demands.
- Develop and execute strategies for purchasing, marketing, and pricing.
- Effectively promote and advertise the establishment’s products and services.
- Drive sales by offering expert guidance to customers on product applications.
- Keep accurate records of inventory and financial transactions.
- Manage budgeting and financial planning processes for the establishment.
- Lead staff recruitment, training, and supervision to build a high-performing team.
- Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in management, retail, or a similar role for 2 years
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of purchasing, marketing, and sales strategies.
- Ability to manage budgets, stock, and financial records.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant workplace.
