About the Role
This is a rare opportunity to join the business as a Manager in Training , stepping into a comprehensive, hands-on learning pathway with a clear line of sight to Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager roles. Working across multiple store locations within a 45-minute radius, the successful candidate will gain exposure to all core areas of the business including Retail, Finance, Buying, Online and Jewellery. This is a full-time, permanent position working a 5-day, 38-hour roster across a Monday to Saturday schedule (no late nights or public holidays). Extensive support and training will be provided over a 12-month program, designed to set future leaders up for long-term success in the business.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a big box or multi-department environment
- Exposure to managing managers or large teams
- Coachable and open to learning a new industry
- Strong with analytics, reporting and interpreting KPIs
- A people-first approach to leadership and team development
- Passionate about retail operations and financial services
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused mindset
- Tech savvy with a curiosity for systems and processes
- Ability and willingness to travel between sites within a 45-minute radius
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Full working rights in Australia
- Willingness to complete pre-employment checks (Police, ASIC, Medical)
