About the role:
In this newly created role, the General Manager Human Resources (GM-HR) will provide engaging and collaborative leadership and operational management for all HR functions across Merriwa. This position will lead in the guidance and completion of workforce planning, culture development, and compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards knowledge.
