About the opportunity
An exciting short-term opportunity up to 12 months is now available for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our strategic, contemporary and outcome focused team.
This opportunity will suit someone who is driven and passionate about delivering an effective HR Business Partnership model whilst supporting the WHS functions for the SA Housing Trust.
About the Role
Reporting to the Lead Human Resources Business Partner, undertaking work under broad direction, you will be accountable for the delivery of high-level human resource management advice on complex HR matters to specific work units within the SA Housing Trust that result in improved workforce relations and management of policies, practices and systems.
You will be a key contributor to the equitable, consistent application and development of human resources management practices across the SA Housing Trust, drive best practice change management processes and influence and empower leaders in performance management, grievance resolution and stakeholder engagement, through effective business partnering.
To drive continuous improvement you will also provide relevant training and coaching to leaders on new processes and procedures, as well as conducting and/or coordinating human resource management projects, to achieve organisational objectives and strategies.

Special Conditions
- Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Clearance prior to being employed.
- Some out of hours work and intra/interstate travel may be required.
Remuneration
$98,478 - $104,165 (ASO6)
