About The RoleJoin the dynamic team at SMI NETWORKS as a Telecommunications Assistant. This full-time role is based in Ulladulla, NSW and will play a crucial part in supporting our growing telecommunications business. You'll be responsible for assisting our technicians in delivering high-quality services on the NBN network.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications equipment and infrastructure
- Collaborating with the wider team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and team members
- Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address and resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Relevant technical qualifications or certifications would be highly regarded
