- Product Guides - Be the face of Arc'teryx, sharing your knowledge and passion with our community
- Strong retail experience (outdoor, fashion, or premium brands a plus!)
- Leadership skills—whether you're leading a team or leading by example
- A passion for the outdoors and a love for connecting with people
- The ability to create an engaging and welcoming store environment
