About The Role
This role involves working in our Batemans Bay clinic. Based in our state-of-the-art facility and working within a team of Multidisciplinary Allied Health Professionals, we are looking for an enthusiastic Physiotherapist who would be managing a varied caseload including treating Musculoskeletal conditions and the rehabilitation of clients living with a disability.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Managing a caseload, undertaking assessment, diagnosis and the evidence-based management of clients, using a range of tools and equipment.
- Providing care to this clinically stimulating caseload includes clients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, pre/post operative orthopaedics rehabilitation, and the rehabilitation of clients with neurological or physical disabilities.
- Providing client centered clinical care with a view to maximising functional capacity, achieving goals, optimising client health, function and independence in the long term.
- Maintain administrative duties, including relevant documentation and reporting associated with optimal client care.
- You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively within an incredible team of Allied Health Professionals including fellow Physiotherapists Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, Dieticians and Podiatrists.

About You
- Minimum 2 years+ NDIS experience
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed billable hour/KPI expectation (not relevant for new grads)
- Proven ability maintain clinical standards and positive patient outcomes
- Ability to develop & implement new strategies and prioritise workloads
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive disposition, empathy and patient manner
- Minimum 2 years+ NDIS experience
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Valid drivers licence and access to a vehicle
- Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
- Current Working with Children or willingness to apply for a one
- NDIS Worker Check
- Satisfactory Police Check
