Description:
Reporting to the Payroll Lead, your role will include:
- Oversee high-volume, end to end payroll processing
- Analysis of complex agreements and legislation and ability to apply this knowledge
- Support Payroll Officers with analysis of legislation and provide correct and relevant advice
- Drive continuous improvement and project work
- Leave management advice and compliance
- Conduct payroll GL reconciliation and payment of invoices
- Administers benefits related to Payroll as required
- Assist with year end of year processes and reporting
- Payroll System POC for any issues
- Other ad hoc tasks
Requirements:
We are seeking experienced payroll candidates with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement. Key competencies listed below:
