Description:



  • Manage and grow a portfolio of trade, retail, mining, and industrial customers in the North Queensland region


  • Maintain a structured call cycle and conduct regular face-to-face visits with key accounts


  • Identify new business opportunities and support the growth of the brand within the region


  • Gather detailed customer insights to support solution-based sales and long-term partnerships


  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and aligned with company policies


  • Provide product feedback, stay updated on industry trends, and represent the brand with professionalism in the field



Requirements:



  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within HVAC, trade, or industrial sectors (Open to branch level experience)


  • Comfortable working independently in a field-based role, managing time and territory effectively


  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across a diverse customer base


  • Detail-oriented and compliant with internal policies, procedures, and reporting requirements


  • Technically minded with a willingness to learn product applications and engage in solution-based selling


  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and committed to delivering results and supporting the broader team goals



Conditions:



  • Competitive base salary of $75,000 - $85,000 + super + performance-based bonus


  • Fully maintained company vehicle, phone, and tools of the trade


  • Full product training and structured onboarding, including a 3-4 week shadowing phase
