About The Role
As a Medical Imaging Assistant, you will work across our central clinics at St Andrews Hospital, Kurralta Park and Calvary Adelaide Hospital, providing essential support to technical staff and patients and technical staff. No previous experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are fully equipped to succeed. This is an opportunity to develop valuable skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where you will assist in delivering exceptional patient care and maintaining efficient clinic operations. About You
- Availability to work rotating shifts Monday to Friday between 6:30am and 8:30pm, with the flexibility to participate in a weekend roster once per month.
- Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for patient care and empathy.
- Previous experience in customer service; experience in medical reception or a clinical setting will be highly regarded.
- A proactive mindset with a demonstrated willingness to learn and contribute positively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Adaptability and teamwork skills, with the capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic environment.
