3P Customer Programs Manager - FBA Subscribe and Save, Buy More and Save

Description:

As 3P Customer Programs Manager, you will:
- Own end-to-end management of FBA Buy More & Save and FBA Subscribe & Save programs, driving adoption, selection, and in-stock performance.
- Partner with BI teams to build, maintain, and optimize program reporting dashboards and metrics
- Maintain comprehensive program reporting, including WBR/QBR/MBR inputs, ensuring key stakeholders stay informed of program performance & strategic recommendations.
- Lead stakeholder management across Finance, Operations, and business teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication
- Design and execute training programs for internal teams on program features, processes, and best practices
- Drive program roadmap for AU FBA Customer Programs, including new feature launches and program enhancements
- Monitor program health metrics and KPIs, establishing feedback loops for continuous improvement
- Drive selection growth through targeted seller engagement and adoption strategies
- Identify and execute opportunities to scale and optimize program performance across key categories

This role will have a high degree of autonomy, you will work with various stakeholders and teams across the Amazon organization.

Our retail team operates out of our fabulous CBD office (conveniently located near many transportation options), and from home (during COVID-19) leveraging technology.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
