Job Description

Mission of the Position

Lead and oversee all aspects of project delivery within the APAC region, ensuring exceptional execution, strategic growth, and a solid foundation for future expansion. This role is pivotal to our client's ability to consistently deliver high-quality solutions to their clients navigating the complex transition to low and zero-emission fleets. You will lead cross-functional teams of domain experts across automotive technology, transport planning, infrastructure, and energy markets while coordinating horizontal skill sets, which include data analytics, data science, reporting, and project and key account management. While not a sales role, you will directly contribute to shaping proposals and play a key part in driving growth through high-quality delivery, strong client relationships and satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling through value creation advisory.

  • Integrate and align delivery methodologies across diverse consulting functions.
  • Forecast and balance resource and skillset allocation across concurrent, complex projects.
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent while scaling the team effectively.

Qualifications

Must Haves

  • 7+ years experience in consulting or professional services, ideally in transport planning, mobility, fleet electrification or energy engineering
  • At least 3 years in a senior leadership role (Senior Manager and above). We are happy to support people ready to step into a more senior role
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder delivery projects
  • Track record of working with large corporations, government agencies and/or large fleets
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Transport Planning, Environmental Science, or related field

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments
  • Familiarity with SaaS implementation and digital fleet tools
  • Strong commercial and financial management skills
  • Ability to source and build strong relationships with 3rd party suppliers to deliver work
  • Ability to help develop services into productised offerings and then help search for the next source of services work
  • Ability to represent the company as a thought leader through the creation of white papers and/or industry presentations
  • Master qualified or above
