Description:
As a Performance and Insights Analyst, you will report to the CEO and act as a key business partner to a range of clients to deliver key insights into their financial performance to ensure they reach their goals as a business. You will be the expert at in identifying inefficiencies and leveraging this to give strategic advice and guidance.
Requirements:
The successful Performance and Insights Analyst will be able to demonstrate a customer centric focus, have excellent technical ability and a true passion for process improvement and automation.
- CA, CPA or CFA qualified
- Demonstrated experience with financial analysis and delivering commentary
- Excellent stakeholder engagement experience
- Strong emotional intelligence and incredibly adaptable
