Description:
The Senior Investment Analyst / Business Analyst will be involved in the following:
- Preparation of accurate and timing investment portfolio reporting for the Group.
- Preparation of accurate and timing property portfolio reporting for the Group.
- Maintenance of investment reporting platform and reconciliation of reported numbers
- Support the year end statutory accounts function
- Tax compliance support to the CFO
- Participate in key projects of the Group as directed by the CFO including M&A activity.
- Preparation of budgets and forecasts for the Group.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will come from a Big-4 or mid-tier Accounting firm from M&A, Deals, Corporate Advisory or be from audit or business services but thrive in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be ambitious, well-communicated and presented and have excellent analytical skills and ability to partner with senior internal and external executives.
