E-Commerce Marketing Intern

This is an exciting opportunity to join DIOR in an intern role within our e-Commerce team.

Job responsibilities

• Assist in the daily maintenance and updating of product listing on the AU e-commerce website
• Support the merchandising team in optimising product presentation, including imagery and categorisation.
• Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve any inconsistencies or errors including imagery, descriptions, and categorisation.
• Support the team in managing product inventory levels and coordinating with the supply chain.
• Managing product activations and sourcing requests from Client Service Centre.
• Contribute to testing initiatives to optimise website performance
• Monitor competitor websites and analyse industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior E-Commerce Merchandiser
  
  

Profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in e-commerce, fashion, and luxury retail.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• A critical thinker who has an interest in business analytics, data.
• Basic understanding of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is highly regarded.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
