PositionThis is an exciting opportunity to join DIOR in an intern role within our e-Commerce team.
Job responsibilities
- Assist in the daily maintenance and updating of product listing on the AU e-commerce website
- Support the merchandising team in optimising product presentation, including imagery and categorisation.
- Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve any inconsistencies or errors including imagery, descriptions, and categorisation.
- Support the team in managing product inventory levels and coordinating with the supply chain.
- Managing product activations and sourcing requests from Client Service Centre.
- Contribute to testing initiatives to optimise website performance
- Monitor competitor websites and analyse industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior E-Commerce Merchandiser
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in e-commerce, fashion, and luxury retail.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- A critical thinker who has an interest in business analytics, data.
- Basic understanding of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is highly regarded.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
