Amazon Q-CST Customer Success Team (CST) members leverage their deep knowledge of AWS data services and data analytics in collaboration with our sales and partner teams to propose, architect, and implement transformational solutions for customers. We make customer success a reality using AWS Gen AI services as an enabler.Q-CST Builders are responsible for architecting and developing end-to-end solutions that leverage Generative AI technologies like Amazon Q and Bedrock. This role involves designing and implementing robust solution blueprints that seamlessly integrate Generative AI capabilities into existing systems or applications. Builders collaborate closely with Strategists and customer stakeholders to understand their requirements, translates them into technical specifications, and develops scalable and secure Generative AI solutions. Additionally, they provide guidance on data preparation, model training, and deployment strategies to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Generative AI solutions within the organization.
Key job responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions using Amazon Q and AWS AI/ML services
- Create strategies for optimizing AI application performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness
- Foster knowledge sharing and develop reusable frameworks for AI application deployment
- Guide cross-functional teams in integrating AI solutions while considering user experience and accessibility
- Ensure security compliance and best practices in AI implementation
A day in the life
You'll start your day connecting with team members across different time zones, reviewing AI application architectures, and providing guidance on implementation approaches. You might participate in technical design sessions, collaborate with UX designers on AI interface improvements, or mentor colleagues on AI best practices. Your afternoon could involve working with customers to understand their needs and presenting AI solution proposals.

Requirements:
- 7+ years of architecture/design and implementation of cloud-based solutions- 7+ years of consulting or professional services experience
- 5+ years of database (eg. SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Kinesis) experience
- 5+ years of software development with object oriented language experience
- Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of professional or military experience- Experience leading the architecture and implementation of AI/ML workloads
- Proven track record of delivering robust, scalable solutions in complex technical environments as well as delivering successful enterprise-scale Gen AI implementations
- International consulting or professional services sales and delivery experience
- Strong track record of CI/CD implementation in enterprise environments
- Experience evaluating customer market conditions, organizational readiness, and C-Level engagement to drive strategic transformation initiatives
- Published technical content or speaking engagements at industry conferences
- Experience with selling consulting/professional services
