Description:

Strategic Leadership & Growth

  • Define and implement long-term business development strategies aligned with corporate objectives.

2. National Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Lead the acquisition of enterprise-level clients and secure high-value, long-term contracts.
  • Oversee the development and execution of national sales plans, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded.
  • Apply advanced sales methodologies and forecasting tools to optimise team performance.



3. Market Development & Competitive Strategy

  • Conduct high-level market research to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Position the company as a market leader through strategic branding, innovation, and engagement with key industry bodies.
  • Explore diversification opportunities to expand revenue streams and business capabilities.



4. Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a national business development team to deliver outstanding results.
  • Set clear performance goals and ensure consistent execution against strategic objectives.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on growth, innovation, and client success.



5. Stakeholder & Client Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, key clients, and strategic partners.
  • Lead negotiations for complex, high-value contracts and alliances.
  • Ensure superior client satisfaction through tailored solutions and service excellence.
