We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Specialist – Digital Media & Community Engagement to join our passionate Marketing Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven professional to contribute to the continued growth of the Club’s profile, reputation, and community reach.

About The Role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and optimisation of the Club’s marketing and communications. Your focus will be on delivering engaging and effective marketing strategies across all digital platforms, while also contributing to the Club’s broader marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage digital marketing content production of key digital platforms including the Club’s website, our Saints app, magazines and brochures, and of course, our social media engagement strategies and content.
  • Analyse and interpret data to identify and activate strategic marketing opportunities
  • Coordinate photography and videography to support campaign development and event coverage.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on the development and delivery of marketing strategies and promotions across all our brands.
  • Oversee the ClubGrants Program and its community partnerships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community groups to strengthen engagement and brand awareness.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with the team to coordinate and deliver special events (e.g. Mother’s Day, Seniors Shows, Kids Entertainment, Christmas activities, Awareness & Club activations)
  • Support print management, signage, and promotional activities across all areas of the Club through digital initiatives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the Club’s marketing mix and member communication strategy.
  • Ensure brand consistency and accuracy.

Who We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar marketing or digital media role
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is highly regarded, though not essential!
  • Proven ability to plan and implement marketing campaigns and promotional strategies. If you are a creative, enthusiastic and strategic thinker, you’ll fit right in!
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, email marketing, website CMS (WordPress), and SEO best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments
