Shape a customer obsessed culture, leveraging customer feedback to coach and guide bankers and work collaboratively with stakeholders for better customer outcomes Inspire, guide, and develop bankers, empowering them to be best in market Drive impact and build alignment by skilfully engaging and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders Implement a dynamic risk management strategy and framework seamlessly aligned with company policy Take ownership of profit & loss performance and balance sheet management to drive impactful business results
