What You'll Be Doing

As part of the Environmental Services team, this position provides a cleaning service to the facility according to a predetermined service plan. The cleaner is responsible for maintaining all surfaces, fittings, fixtures and furniture within their allocated area in accordance with NSW Health Environmental Cleaning Policy PD2023_018.

People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.

Candidates Will Need To Meet The Following Criteria

  • Previous experience as a cleaner in a healthcare facility or in a commercial/industrial setting, or demonstrated ability to perform in role
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
  • Knowledge of work health and safety principles, including safe manual handling and infection control
