Typical responsibilities include:

Answering phones and greeting visitors (including trades, suppliers, and clients)

Assisting with scheduling jobs, deliveries, or site appointments

Keeping records up to date and handling general office admin

Supporting managers or supervisors with reporting and paperwork

Maintaining a clean and organised front office
Profile
What we're looking for:

Previous experience in admin or receptionist roles (ideally in a blue-collar setting)

Confident communication skills and a down-to-earth, professional approach

Ability to juggle tasks, manage priorities, and support on-site teams

Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, scheduling systems)

A proactive attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed
