The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join the team at Wales, Malaga.
We are seeking a Customer Service professional, you will be assisting and supporting our wider team and managers with administration support and providing our customers updates regarding their vehicle repair
Role Responsibilities
- Managing high-volume admin tasks
- Multitasking pro
- Greeting customers on arrival
- Keeping our customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles
- Contacting customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the AMA experience
- Telephone and email correspondence
- Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc)
- Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs
- High attention to detail
- Tech-savvy & organised
- Experience using IBody (not essential)
- Proven experience within a Customer Service position
- Highly professional and personable with strong relationship building skills
- Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
- A proactive, can-do attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
- Minimum 2+ years in a high-volume customer service role
