We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Engineer to join our client's Melbourne team. The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing field based support customers, working in collaboration with colleagues, to resolve customer affecting technical issues promptly and in line with agreed SLA's.

The role includes a generous base salary + new top of the range UTE + annual bonus + healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Respond to breakdown calls- Fault finding / diagnose and rectify common & more complex problems
- Support equipment installation
- Scheduled routine maintenance of equipment
- Own your group of customers and deliver on agreed outcomes
- Support a broader environment and contribute to team success
Your Profile
- Restricted Electrical Licence is essential.-A strong technical/mechanical aptitude and keen interest in repairing electrical products.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work to set KPI's and self-manage time
- Excellent personal presentation and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and computer skills
