Key Responsibilities:

Provide generalist HR support and advice to line managers across a variety of departments -
Partner with internal stakeholders to support day-to-day people matters, including performance, policy interpretation, and employee relations -
Assist the recruitment team with end-to-end recruitment activities, including job briefs, advertising, screening, and on-boarding -
Support with continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience initiatives -
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies
Requirements:
About You:
-
Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within complex or service-driven organisations -
A collaborative and proactive mindset with a strong customer service approach -
Confident communicator who builds effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels -
Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation -
Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or related field
