The Improvement and Engagement team within the Office of the Deputy Director- General, Business and Corporate Partnership is responsible for high-level internal and external stakeholder engagement to ensure exceptional corporate service delivery; the researching, testing and implementation of high impact corporate improvement initiatives; providing leadership in corporate capability and cultural uplift programs; and the management of key service contracts and relationships with providers and partners.

About The Role
In this role you will:
- Develop and implement targeted project, communication and engagement, and operational plans to deliver key outcomes for the division.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings involving senior leaders and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality sessions and/or manage the provision of cultural and capability uplift programs by external providers.
- Use your strong networking and relationship building skills to build connections and engagement across the department and identify opportunities for the Business and Corporate Partnership to contribute more effectively to departmental outcomes.
- Analyse data and a variety of corporate information sources to guide the development and implementation of unique strategies, change initiatives, and plans to drive high performance, innovation and service improvements across the division.
- Actively work across the division to foster and maintain a positive, collaborative and highly innovative corporate culture.
- Foster and manage key stakeholder relationships.
- Other duties as directed and required.
- The ability to manage multiple complex projects and business processes.
- The ability to foster a working environment characterised by communication, collaboration and positivity.
