Description:
- Prepare financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and payroll
- Process STP and superannuation payments
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding
- Process invoices for suppliers
- Reconcile accounts payable
- Creating new vendor accounts and reconciling supplier statements
- Perform petty cash and staff reimbursement
- Other ad hoc tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Prior experience in end to end payroll and end to end accounts payable
- Proven work experience as an Assistant Accountant
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, experience with Jobpac will be highly regarded
- Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures
- Time-management abilities
- Strong numeracy skills
- Attention to detail
