Fixed term for 12 Months| Part-Time 0.8 FTE Higher Education Officer Level 5 | $80,405 - $88,737 p.a. pro rata Location: City Campus / Kaurna Country View Position DescriptionAbout the Role
Based at the Flinders University City Campus, and working under the broad direction of their supervisor, the College & Executive Education Support Officer will provide administrative assistance to the Executive Education and College Leadership teams. The incumbent will provide support for learning events, and when available, assist with incoming enquiries and event support as part of the Operations team.

Able to work autonomously and as part of a team, you liaise effectively with a diverse range of people, and speak to large groups with confidence, showcasing your ability to build and sustain positive working relationships`.
You will also be able to demonstrate:
Well-developed written communication skills with capacity to prepare a variety of documents and respond to enquiries confidentially and autonomously. Commitment to high quality outcomes, with attention to detail. Experience in providing administrative services, including an ability to use judgement, initiative and confidentiality to support the Executive Education team. Informed problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work with general supervision to determine and prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.You will also have completed a certificate qualification relevant to administration, and/or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education and training.
