Joining the team as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner in Nowra in NSW's South Coast, you will play a pivotal role in empowering individuals to achieve their full potential. You will work closely with participants, their support networks, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalised Behaviour Support plans.
We would love to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, or in the final semester of studies.
- Previous experience using systems to collect data from a range of sources and ensuring data is recorded and reported correctly
- Core/ Proficient Registration or eligibility for registration with relevant professional bodies.
- Knowledge of the NDIS framework and principles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
