Description:



  • Execute a growth strategy across independent financial advisers, private wealth , and family office channels.


  • Identify and capitalize on distribution opportunities within both established and emerging advisory networks.


  • Drive FUM (Funds Under Management) growth through acquiring new relationships and enhancing existing ones.


  • Develop and implement innovative distribution initiatives to promote firm's offerings.


  • Secure new relationships with advisory firms aligned with the firm's investment philosophy.


  • Engage strategically with key advisory firms and wealth platforms to accelerate FUM flows.


  • Collaborate with the investment team to clearly communicate the firm's competitive advantages.


  • Develop strong business cases for platform inclusion and access to APLs (Approved Product Lists).


  • Build relationships with gatekeepers and research houses to open new distribution channels.


  • Foster engagement through targeted events and thought leadership initiatives.



Requirements:



  • Proven experience in funds management distribution with a strong track record of driving significant FUM growth.


  • Established relationships with advisers, dealer groups, and private wealth firms .


  • Strong technical understanding of managed funds, SMAs (Separately Managed Accounts) , and platforms.


  • Ability to engage credibly on topics such as portfolio construction and asset allocation .


  • Demonstrated success in generating opportunities and converting them into meaningful business.


  • Strong commercial acumen with a growth-focused mindset.
