We are proudly partnering with a boutique but growing, highly regarded provider in Occupational Rehabilitation and Injury Management, who are launching Rehabilitation Counselling / Psych services. If you are an experienced Rehab Counsellor / Psychologist looking for the best opportunities you've come to the right place!
Typical responsibilities include:
- Completing assessments and delivering vocational counselling to clients
- Supporting leaders with coaching + mentoring, and playing a key part in service development
- Liaising between employers, employees, and other health professionals
- Case management (goal setting, setting return to work plans, following up on progress)
- No panel work
As this is a Senior position, you will have at least 1.5 - 2 years' experience in Occupational Rehabilitation and be looking to further your career in the field. There is also scope for this role to become a lead role.
